These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gb99bd platform and the user ("you" or "member"). 1. General Terms and Applicability

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

gb99bd supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳300. gb99bd reserves the right to change deposit limits at any time.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. However, in some cases there may be a delay due to the need for verification.

4.3 Verification

For large withdrawals or suspicious activity, gb99bd may request additional identity verification. A copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence may need to be provided. The bank account or mobile banking number must match the registered name.

4.4 Transaction Cancellation

Once processing has begun, it may not be possible to cancel a withdrawal request. In the case of fraudulent or suspicious transactions, gb99bd reserves the right to suspend or cancel any payment.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gb99bd offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus (total balance ৳2,200); depositing ৳26,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus (total balance ৳41,000).

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the total bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If the bonus system is abused, bonuses are collected across multiple accounts, or any fraudulent method is used to obtain bonuses, gb99bd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 Cashback and VIP Program

The gb99bd VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate is set according to each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will be considered valid only when it has been successfully registered and approved in the gb99bd system. gb99bd will not be responsible for bets that were not registered due to technical errors, connection interruptions or system failures.

6.2 Maximum Bet Limits

A maximum bet limit is set for each game and event. gb99bd reserves the right to change the bet limit for any member. Unusual or suspicious bets may be cancelled at the authority's discretion.

6.3 Results and Disputes

The result of all games is determined by the relevant game provider's system. Any dispute regarding a result must be reported to the support team within 72 hours. The decision of gb99bd will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gb99bd platform:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to access or use another member's account.
• Attempting to cheat or manipulate any game or process.
• Money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by gb99bd

gb99bd may temporarily suspend any account due to a breach of terms, suspicious activity or the need for verification. Deposits and withdrawals will be restricted during a suspension.

8.2 Closure by Member

You may request to close your account at any time. The account will be closed within 24 hours of receiving the request. If applicable wagering requirements are not met before closure, the bonus balance may be forfeited.

8.3 Permanent Termination

In the case of a serious breach of terms, gb99bd may permanently terminate an account without prior notice. In this case, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited, and the return of the actual deposit will depend on the outcome of an investigation.
